What is IEKEI (E.A.K.) RAMEN?

The pork bone and soy sauce-based soup is made by mixing broth made from pork bones and chicken bones with soy sauce, and the noodles are medium-thick straight noodles with a unique crunchy texture. Spinach, chashu pork, and seaweed are the basic toppings.

Our signature Yokohama style pork and chicken broth, shoyu tare and medium-thick noodles, topped with spinach, seasoned egg, 3 slices of pork belly chashu, and 6 pieces of dried seaweed.
